Everett Henderson, Tremont boys track and field
Henderson took home a pair of titles from Friday's Heart of Illinois Conference Meet. The sophomore was the 400-meter dash winner in 55.69 seconds. He then won the 800-meter run, clocking in at 2:07.67. He was also a part of the third-place 4x400-meter relay team (3:50.30) with Lukas Love, Beckett Kreiling and Jack McAllister.
