Tremont High School has a history of being a high-performing school with talented students, strong teachers, a wide array of course options, and a supportive community base. Our core area courses provide our students with a rigorous and relevant curriculum that stresses content and skill development. THS also offers a number of dual-credit and Advanced Placement courses to provide students the opportunity to earn college credit while still attending high school. Our Fine Arts department offers courses for those with musical or artistic talent as well. The addition of our Agriculture program in recent years has increased our offerings in Ag-related fields and vocational courses while recent upgrades to district technology have added to the strength of our curriculum, instruction, and learning, especially in our Business and Technology classes. There are also a variety of extracurricular opportunities available to students, both athletic and non-athletic. Our mission at THS is to make school meaningful to prepare students for the careers of the 21st century.
